This class can retrieve the values of HTTP GET and POST requests.

It can check if the values of HTTP requests are being set and return the values of variables with specific names. Currently it can:

- Get the current request GET or POST values
- Check if the current request method is POST
- Check if the current request is sent as AJAX
- Check if there were any files being uploaded and retrieve their values
